Our Services

Emantra delivers a range of Enterprise Cyber Risk Management and hosting services that are driven by the same principles, SOC, support desk and network as our own proven operations.

From the top down we offer a complete Cyber Resilience Framework solution supplemented by a number of integrated and modular services. From the bottom up, we offer entry level discovery, gap analysis and benchmarking services which are a great place to start when considering your organisation’s cyber maturity and needs.

Our services are explained in more detail on the following pages. All services are delivered, resourced and managed from Australia and are subject to Australian laws and jurisdictions. Certain global cloud services may also be subject to foreign jurisdiction. 

Typical service inclusions:

Emantra services typically are fully managed, turnkey and all inclusive.  We take responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and functionality.

Most services are billed on a monthly subscription basis with proposed charges pre-quoted.  Monthly fees are either fixed or may scale with consumption, as agreed.  There is sometimes a modest up-front set-up charge to absorb the cost of discovery or bid preparation, or our own up-front outlays, but unless otherwise stated, all other costs of providing the service including those listed below are amortised over the service term into a fixed monthly service fee which will only change if service scope does.

  • Purchase of hardware or licences
  • Secure hosting in Tier 3+ or Tier 4 Australian premium data centre
  • Hosting behind Emantra’s own certified PROTECTED secure internet gateway.
  • All other costs of ownership, maintenance, insurance and operation including OEM gold warranty.
  • All design, build and test costs.
  • Professional documentation including high level and detailed “as- built blueprints.
  • Business hours full technical support desk supplemented by 24/7 escalation support for Australia.
  • 24/7 job ticket system with response and fix matrix.
  • Technical labour and input necessary to deliver the service at its agreed SLA is not incrementally charged.  The only extra charge would be for scope changes.
  • All bandwidth both ingress and egress.
  • Reporting as agreed.
  • Integration with a SIEM system, whether yours or ours.
  • Remote discrete back up.
  • Automated up to date patching regime with agreed weekly maintenance window.
  • Immediate exploit patching.
  • Disaster recovery contingency.
  • Continuous IDS/IPS monitoring.
  • Financially backed SLA on performance, uptime and response.  Standard SLA provides 99.5% availability, higher SLA thresholds can be provided as agreed.
